Pacsafe® CX 2用防盜背囊

I am writing this to warn customers of the total failure in coordination between Pacsafe’s regional offices. On December 12, after my tickets were "accidentally closed" by their system, Pacsafe APAC promised me that the European Customer Service Team would provide a detailed update "today" regarding my returned parcel.

It is now December 24, and I have heard absolutely nothing.

Timeline of Negligence:

Nov 21: Pacsafe confirmed my replacement parcel (UPS #1Z5A1R506850xxxx57) was returned to their warehouse. I provided my corrected address immediately.

Dec 2: I received a customer satisfaction survey for an unresolved issue, proving their internal systems are broken.

Dec 12: APAC team apologised and promised a 24-hour response from the Europe team.

Dec 24: 12 days have passed since that promise. No update, no bag, and no refund.

Holding a customer’s property for over a month (since the bag returned to your warehouse) without communication is predatory business behavior.

I gave it a 5 star because of the security features that I wanted.It’s a good size bag, not too big not too small. Easy to clean. I feel that the backpack straps are hard to adjust but I do like the secure straps. The thing I don't like is the two pockets inside that are floppy & in the way. They need to be zippered or snapped. No magnets because it desensitizes your credit cards. No velcro either. All in all a great bag that I love to travel with that gives me a good sense of security.

I’ve traveled to several countries and many domestic trips with this bag. It’s fantastic. I have 4 kids and am often toting water bottles or someone’s sweatshirt. This bag holds a surprising amount! I can easily fit 3 water bottles in it. However it’s way too bulky as a crossbody and I never use it that way. It’s cute as a backpack though and I wore it with all sorts of outfits. I stuck with this one because it’s smaller than packsafes other backpack but still holds a lot and packs into my suitcase well. Recommend!!

Like the ability to wear it like a satchel as I feel it is more natural than as a back pack. I wish the back access was only to a separate area not the whole contents. Seems well made.

Although not my preferred colour (out of stock) I needed a small backpack to take on holiday. As only taking cabin luggage this was a brilliant option. I used it as a backpack in the day & a cross body bag in the evening. The safety features are very well thought out.
