This is very high quality, but it is uncomfortable to wear and too small for my needs. I don’t understand your return policy.

I purchased 2 weeks ago, to go away OS. I could not get the straps to work properly, they need the press stud option to secure in place. Previous products included an inner clip which was extremely helpful if u want to secure passport wallet etc, but it is now missing.

I hope they can rectify these problems in future products!

Highly recommend the convertible backpack. It’s very practical and convenient.

The only thing that is a bit annoying for me (and is the reason for not giving 5 stars) is the way that the strap goes when you use it in backpack mode. There should be a bit more convenient and practical way to attach the strap to the metallic part.

I bought this convertible backpack/purse hoping for versatility, and while it mostly delivers, there’s one big drawback. It works beautifully as a purse — stylish, compact, and easy to carry. However, when I try to wear it as a backpack, it becomes frustrating. The strap doesn’t stay in place, constantly sliding or shifting out of position, which makes it uncomfortable and impractical to wear on my back for any extended period.

If you plan to use this primarily as a purse with the occasional backpack conversion, it might still be a good choice. But if you’re looking for a reliable, functional backpack option, be aware that the strap design might let you down.

I’ve been using this bag for years! Traveling, for work, you name it! It’s easy to change from purse to backpack, and it’s so secure! Even with regular use for over 5 years, the material and hardware all look great. It also holds more than you think it will!
