The CX anti theft backpack

Very useful , hard to get into , light weight to carry and seems likely to last a long time .

Bought because it complied with Airline carryon dimensions . Also had space inside for the items I did not wish to be separated from ( prescription medical , laptop , electrical gear to charge ; phone , laptop , camera and hearing aids . Not really used out on the street as i struggle carrying any sort of weight .

After 5+ years this backpack is going strong!

I love this back pack. It was called something else originally, city backpack ? I love everything about it. I use it everyday for work and when I travel. After 5 plus years it still looks like new. I just wish it was a little larger. But otherwise the best backpack ever!

Size

Barely fits my laptop... and if it does the length is too short so be safe enough. Generally it seems with bags theyball are a touch too small. I dont care about the price when i buy from you. Size things appropriately.

Would like shorter strap option

I really wanted this backpack to work for my daily commute and home visits. I carry a lot of supplies, so comfort and fit are essential. The overall design, organization, and quality seem excellent, but I'm having one significant issue.

Even with the shoulder straps adjusted as short as possible, the backpack still hangs too low on my back, which causes extra shoulder strain and fatigue over the course of the day.

If the manufacturer offers shorter straps or has a has a recommended modification, I'd love to try that before returning the backpack. Otherwise, I'll likely have to return it, which is unfortunate because it meets my needs in every other way.
