We dispatch orders within 2 working days from the Hong Kong warehouse. SF Express will deliver your orders to you on the next working day. The self-pickup service from SF Lockers or SF stores is available.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

The Travel Duo Sale (“Offer”) is available to all eligible customers under the following terms and conditions:

• Promotion Period: The Offer runs from 12:00 a.m. HKT on October 4, 2024, until 11:59 p.m. HKT on October 13, 2024 (“Travel Duo Sale Period”).

• Availability: The Offer is available online only at Pacsafe.hk.

• Eligible Products: The Offer applies only to selected product combinations and required order quantities.

• Purchase Limits: There is no limit to the number of bundles that may be purchased during the Travel Duo Sale Period.

• Stock Availability: The Offer is valid while supplies of the selected products in a bundle last.

• Order Completion: The Offer applies only to completed customer orders and purchases made within the Travel Duo Sale Period. Items in the cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed.

• Exclusions: The Offer is not eligible for additional savings, discounts or any other offers.

• Modifications: Pacsafe reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or alter the terms of the Offer without notice.

• Returns: In the event of a return, all products purchased in a bundle must be returned together. The full amount will be credited to the original payment method.
