Shipping Information

Extended fulfilment time: Due to high order volumes during the Black Friday Sale Period, please allow up to 3 business days for your orders to be processed by our warehouse.

We are offering free shipping on all orders for Hong Kong customers - No minimum or promo code needed.

For Macau customers, we charge HKD 30 as the shipping fee for all orders 

We dispatch confirmed orders within 1-2 working days from the Hong Kong warehouse. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong. 

We work closely with SF Express to deliver your orders to you. If you wish to opt for a pickup service from SF Locker or SF store, please clearly state the code or full address of locker and store when you enter the delivery address in checkout. 

The shipping time is within 1-2 working days. (Excluding order processing time)

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Order processing

Orders received after 12 pm Hong Kong Time will be processed and shipped out the next working day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed after public holidays and during busy periods.

Delivery

There may be times where we will need additional information from you to handle your shipment. Please ensure your information in checkout is accurate.
