great travel backpack
A lot of room and secure.
A lot of room and secure.
I travel frequently and love these backpacks for the ability to leave my laptop, locked in my Pacsafe backpack, with a small cable and padlock locking the backpack closed and to a piece of furniture.
Had a smaller version of this pack, but upgraded my laptop and needed to get a bigger backpack. Laptop fits great. I wish the zippers were more geared toward using an actual lock. And a single lock. The two main compartments have zipper that fit together (cool that they look like the Eiffel Tower). There is another small pocket in the very front that cannot be locked, And a zippered panel on the back pad that cannot be locked. And the last ask would be to be able to use the backpack strap(s) to lock the pack to something solid and immovable.
Appreciate Pacsafe's security features as well as the suitcase passthrough, hidden pocket on the back and 2 stretch pockets for my water bottle and umbrella. Friends have commented my black backpack looks slim and professional on me when I use it for work (laptop, tablet, tech accessories pouch, make up pouch, water bottle). The shoulder straps are very comfortable -- so far I am doing a 30 minute daily commute on public transportation. I could easily add several filled packing cubes and a toiletries pouch too for a short trip--in which case I think the backpack would look a lot bulkier. I haven't needed to use extra straps across the chest/hip but assume they will come in handy if I carry a larger load. At first, I was considering the 24L version but I decided to get the 26L bag instead because it was slightly shorter in length and fit my torso better.
