    We dispatch orders within 2 working days from the Hong Kong warehouse. SF Express will deliver your orders to you on the next working day. The self-pickup service from SF Lockers or SF stores is available.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase.

    Already marked-down items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

    Totally great

    Perfect for touring around, especially if you've got kids and need to carry a bunch of their stuff (passports, hand wipes, etc.).

    It can fit my ipad 11inch

    It fit every thing well including my ipad 11inch ( casing + keyboard), one ipad mouse, and one small 600ml water mineral bottle.

    Very secure but too big

    This is my fault for not removing the tags right away from this sling and now I can't return it. It is very secure and I like the color but it is way too big for me.

    Great size!

    Used this during our shore excursions on a recent cruise. Carried everything we needed safely and was easy to use as a sling for my wife and myself. Highly recommend for those doing travel in or outside the U.S.
