Nice small size with some missing features

I like the small size as a personal item during plane travel and as a daypack while out and about at my destination.

I wish it had sternum straps. I didn't realize how much I needed these until I got a backpack that didn't have them (I'm actually checking if I can still return this backpack because of this). I removed the waist strap though. I personally don't use that.

I also want the 2 compartments to have their own locking mechanism instead of a shared one.

Excellent Personal item / day sack

Great back pack. Meets personal carry on requirements & great as a day sack - not too big.

Anti theft features are great. Back pocket is useful, though a zipper garage would be enhance it.

I found the hip belt useless - the pack isn't big enough to warrant one.

& I bought an aftermarket chest strap for it which I found far more useful.

Overall, really great pack for travel - highly recommended, especially if you add a chest strap.

Brilliant service and high quality product

Brilliant service. Called to check about postage and had a great chat about the products. Was told that postage is Royal Mail from the UK. Great bag, but ..

Great all round bag with plenty of space for iPad, headphones, books, glasses, travel documents etc. Water bottle was a bit of a squeeze getting it into the pocket but it stayed put and didn't fall out. Luckily I can't comment on anti theft or anti slash properties. My only complaint is the zip locking device was really fiddly and required time and patience to lock and unlock.
