Haven't used it yet. Will be going to Italy later this year, and it will work well for me on this trip.
I bought this bag for a trip to Europe. I love the layout inside and the secure zippers but when I lengthened the strap to make it a “crossbody,” the strap is way too short to fit that description in my opinion. The bottom of the bag barely grazes my hip when slung across my body. I had expected, based on the product pictures, that the bag would be able to rest against my hip like my other crossbody purses do. Trying to decide whether to still take it on my trip or not. Not sure how comfortable I will find wearing it that high up on my waist.

Regarding the strap length, the crossbody strap is adjustable, with a maximum circumference of 56.7 inches and a drop height of up to 27.6 inches.
This allows the bag to sit comfortably at the hip, but fit can vary depending on body proportions and wearing preference.

This was my 2nd bag of this type the other I used daily for over a year, this one is slightly more spacious but he anti theft hook is less useful as previously I could also add a small padlock as I leave my bag in an unlocked drawer in a n open plan office whilst at work and require the extra security as in a college setting. The bag is excellent to use for all my necessary items it is small and smart ( I did unsew the front label ) - I will get another one when the zip oon this bag wears out from use like my last one!
