Is exactly what I was looking for.
This bag is comfortable, lightweight, and compact, with a minimal design that still includes great security features. It’s clearly made for on-the-go professionals who value both style and practicality.
However, I do have a few suggestions that I hope the company will consider. To improve durability, I think the side handle could be redesigned — when carrying the bag by this handle, the weight tends to pull on the side zipper, which might cause loose stitching or even damage over time.
Additionally, the side pocket can feel uncomfortable if you keep items like a phone or wallet in it while carrying the bag. Extending the shoulder strap a bit more would also help make it more comfortable, especially for people with broader shoulders.
I’ve owned several Pacsafe products and really appreciate their quality and innovation. I hope these suggestions are helpful for future designs. More power, and thank you!
I bought this backpack after seeing it in a store and appreciating its quality and sturdiness. The materials are excellent, and the ergonomics are thoughtfully designed. The 11-liter version is perhaps a bit small for my needs, but this has allowed me to better organize what I carry throughout the day. The backpack is very comfortable, and the shoulder straps would be comfortable even for larger backpacks. Recommended.
1. make it deeper. 2.5 inches isn't deep enough.
2. ability to tuck in shoulder straps under a panel to make them disappear and convert to a briefcase.
3. real briefcase handles on the side where it opens
I always used a crossbag and it was starting to give me problems in my neck and shoulder, so I wanted something that could be compact as the crossbag, but also that I could put my laptop and headphones, and some other random stuff. Well, this amazing backpack has everything that I needed, it is compact and spacious, and I even can put my bottle of water without compromising my laptop. Great model and highly recomended. Good purchase to help the enviroment!
