I have the 2018 version which is long enough to carry a Samsung Galaxy phone and my major credit cards. I have carried it in Paris for 6 years and have never been pick pocketed. I don't think this new one is long enough to carry anything but a passport.
Too bad. The next size up is a purse size and too large to wear constantly to protect my phone and credit cards.
I got this and the waist wallet for an upcoming trip so I can switch out as needed especially if I wear a dress. The cord is easy to adjust. The pouch has a zippered pocket at the back for extra security and the front pocket is covered by the velcro flap which secures tightly. Overall I find this the best neck pouch I have found so far.
Bought one of these 20+ years ago. Used it on and off on holidays and in past few years every day for months in Zambia. Sad that it started to fall apart and I was delighted and amazed I could buy an exact replacement. Another 20 years and it will be cremated with me. Great simple product.
