I have now spent four hours reviewing the website and stupid you tube videos to arrive at these conclusions:

1. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO SECURE THE END OF THE CROSSBODY STRAP. WHAT LINE DRAWINGS THEY ARE USELESS.

2. The YouTube videos are celebrating their lives of spending 19 years of worldwide travel. As well as how many of your products they have. Other videos do not show this product.

On Monday I'm returning this piece of junk. Would you supply the return address as well as a RMA?

Well designed, will be very useful to keep valuables safe on holiday

I previously used a Pacsafe belt pack and I liked it, so I wanted to try a crossbody sling pack. The product specification says the strap is 40.0-57.9 inches, which should be long enough. However, when I received the pack, the strap at its full extension was only 36 inches. That might be long enough for a belt pack or perhaps as a crossbody pack for a child. But it was not usable for me as an adult male. Other than that, the pack was attractive and well constructed, and I liked the organization of the pockets. I was disappointed to do so, but I had to return it. I was happy that Pacsafe customer service were great. They were helpful and courteous and they processed my return promptly.

Ware ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet, schönes Design, angenehm zu tragen – und Taschendiebe haben es bei mir nun um einiges schwerer.

I am impressed with the quality of this product but cannot comment on whether it will prevent pickpockets from getting at my valuables, however it should make it far harder compared to people carrying less secure bags.

The locking system employed seems very well thought out and after some practice is not too much of an inconvenience (if it was convenient, it wouldn’t be as secure right?)

Based on this purchase I have gone ahead and ordered a backpack, as if anything, being on my back its even more important to make it hard to break in,
