I, like many, have gone through SO many different sling/messenger bags it is ridiculous. I could not find one that was both comfortable and could hold everything i wanted efficiently. I bought this bag not expecting too much, but I did like many of the features. Boy was I shocked when it arrived and I felt the craftsmanship. The layout is ALMOST perfect. I would recommend one small change and add a zipper slot on the very back for a passport/wallet for a "hidden" compartment but in no way is that a deal breaker. I would highly recommend this to ANYONE who is on the fence. I was not paid for this review, nor did I receive anything in return for it, but I stand by this produce 100%. They have a customer for life.

A couple of days ago I wrote a review complaining about the front pocket zipper. I am revising my review as I found that I finally developed a technique for operating the safety feature of that zipper and that after opening and closing the safety feature over and over and over that the plastic piece seems to loosen up to where it becomes easier to use. For me, the key to opening the safety feature was to squeeze the zipper between my thumb and my forefinger then plush down with my thumb nail as close as I could get it to the edge of the safety mechanism. That seems to provide the correct downward pressure that the safety mechanism requires.
