I bought this backpack and am very dissatisfied with it. By processing and dividing the pockets, the backpack has its advantages for one or the other user.
The thing that bothers me a lot and only notices during use is that you can't park it upright. Not even if you want to lean on it somewhere. He always tips over and that is very annoying!!! That's why I wouldn't buy this backpack anymore! It is also not clear from the item description and presentation that this is the case.
Thank you so much for your feedback We're sorry to hear that the back design of the backpack doesn't meet your expectations and that it can't be used in everyday life as you would like.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences with us. We will share your feedback with our product team so that it can be incorporated into future product improvements and design considerations.
Thank you again for your valuable comments.
I am overall very satisfied with this backpack. The build quality, materials, and carrying comfort are excellent. In particular, I appreciate the well-thought-out security concept, which gives me a strong sense of confidence regarding the safety of my belongings.
One aspect I do question, however, is the durability of the Econyl/nylon buckles. While they appear solid, I wonder how resistant they truly are under deliberate force. A more robust solution in this area might further enhance the overall security perception.
That said, my overall impression remains clearly positive.
Thanks for your feedback.
We are glad you are enjoying the quality and security features of the backpack!
Regarding the PopNLock Security Clip, it is built to be highly durable and resist force. If you would like extra reinforcement, you can also add a padlock with a shackle under 4 mm to this locking system for added peace of mind.
We appreciate your thoughtful review!
Thank you very much.
I bought the canyon colour of this 25l backpack in the sale and it’s definitely my favourite of the various Pacsafe bags that I have. Great quality, brilliant anti-theft features and super-comfortable to wear. Thank you Pacsafe for another brilliant product.
Love the secure feeling knowing the access is tricky with the safety features. Find the strap release tricky myself and I’ve followed instructions. My husband finds it easy! Like the colour. Nice rusty orange. Not too bright
Am delighted with this bag and used along with pacsafe padlock, my belongings feel safer. I use a powerchair and felt it would easy to steal from my bag in busy places but this bag feels safer. It’s excellent quality and straps are comfortable on my back too if I carry it that way. Also love the colour.
