The Beige color is a taupe, which is pretty & versatile BUT I thought it was more tan when looking at the photos. I like this taupe-beige, but would also like a tan/camel. NOW, once again, my ongoing expressed complaint about this sling....Design it with an exterior zippered phone pocket (either back or front) with the usual anti-theft feature!!! I have 3 of these slings, but the stark absence of an exterior phone pocket is a real oversight. When the bag is secured it is highly annoying to have to unlock everything to get to the phone. WHYYYYY??
