I'm delighted with this rucksack. Just the right size without being too big. Some great security features and enough pockets to carry all the documents, etc., for getting through the terminal. Also pockets for water bottles. Really pleased with this product.
OK, maybe just my travel partner.
I have a thing about travel backpacks. For 40 years, I keep searching for the perfect one. Not too big such that it's too bulky to use as a day-pack, not too small that you can't fit my travel umbrella and fist-sized rolled up rain jacket, enough pockets to maintain order but not so many that I lose stuff, sensible positioning of pockets, pocket closures that make sense, good security, rain-resistant, comfortable, good color that is noticeable but does not look like I'm waiting for a rescue in a life-boat, and light weight but not so light that a box-cutter can easily slash it.
I've used the one travel backpack for 25 years plus, bought from a dept store that disappeared long ago. I've loved it. I've tried other travel backpacks along the way (including a Pacsafe made with an awful denim fabric), but keep going back to my go-to ol' faithful pack that's been to so many countries. No pack has bettered it. Until now.
The Pacsafe LS350 is now my go-to pack. Perfect in every respect. The volume is perfect as a day pack, but there's enough volume to use as my personal item on long-haul flights (fits my travel umbrella, laptop and fist-sized rolled up rain jacket). Pockets are perfect in size and positioning and with excellent closures and access. There is a pocket for my laptop if needed. The fabric feels great. Muted blue teal color is perfect; easy to spot but not some silly Coast Guard orange. Good price point, too.

I own many Pacsafe backpacks, slings and crossbody bags and they are all amazing products. This backpack is the ideal size for daily use. I prefer the independent locking system for the two zippered compartments that is a feature of this backpack. One of my other backpack’s two compartments share the same Roobar which is cumbersome and can be inconvenient when I have to unlock both but only need to access one. I also prefer the large RFID zippered pocket that is a feature of this backpack instead of the single small RFID passport pouch that is designed into some of their newer products. My only preference would be if it had a hidden pocket in the back panel for quick access to my phone, etc. which is a feature that I really appreciate when using some of my other Pacsafe backpacks.
The first LS350 I ordered had a fairly obvious fault. However, it was replaced quickly and smoothly. I'm very pleased with it.
I'm a travel backpack nerd. Some day-packs are just too tiny and struggle to fit the essentials. This LS350 model is a perfectly sized day-pack. The exterior material is nice to the touch. The interior has just the right number of pockets, some of them with zip closures. The 15 L volume comfortably accommodates my folded rain jacket and collapsible hat without creating a bag that is overstuffed. However, the 15 L size is small enough that you are not lugging a full size backpack around. It will easily stow away in your carry-on wheelie and can be pulled out and used once you have boots on the ground touring around.
All the security features are excellent and convenient to use.
