Working well as expected
So I bought this bag and, although it was a great bag itself, it didn't quite fit my intended use. I therefore emailed pacsafe customer service to see how I could go about returning it, expecting and knowing I'd be content (as their other backpacks have piqued my interest) with receiving store credit or something.
To my surprise!!! They not only offered to return it for a discount in full but actually organised DHL to pick it up from my doorstep!! saving me, in Australia, a pretty hefty shipping fee.
Despite this bag and I not belonging together so to speak, pacsafe has proven itself to be a company that I look forward to coming back to and supporting.
Its a great back to bring along to the beach.
If there is some pouch outside for smaller items fot easier access would be great.
